Why Elite Rugby Scholars' success is based on our ever growing relationship with US College Rugby Coaches
The relationship between Elite Rugby Scholars and American college rugby coaches has grown into a genuinely strong and mutually beneficial partnership, built on trust, consistency, and shared goals. At its core, the connection is driven by a clear alignment: helping talented student-athletes access high-level rugby while securing quality academic opportunities in the United States.
That strength is reflected in the calibre and range of programs actively engaging with Elite Rugby Scholars. Academic powerhouse universities such as Brown University, Dartmouth College, Texas A&M University, and UCLA are joined by leading rugby playing institutions like Queens Charlotte,, Davenport University, and American International College. This diverse mix of Ivy League, major public universities, and high-performance rugby programs we have met with in the past month alone highlights the broad trust placed in the Elite Rugby Scholars network.
Throughout this year, that relationship has been conversations. Events like the Rosslyn Park National Schools Sevens in London and the Tropical 7s have provided valuable opportunities to connect directly with coaches. These face-to-face meetings allow for more meaningful discussions about player development, team culture, and long-term fit—far beyond what can be captured on paper or video.
These interactions reinforce credibility. American coaches increasingly rely on Elite Rugby Scholars as a trusted filter—identifying not only talented players, but individuals who are academically prepared, coachable, and ready for the transition to U.S. college life. That trust has been built through consistent delivery and honest communication that allows for a clear recruitment pathway for international rugby players heading to America.
Ultimately, the strength of the relationship lies in its professionalism and personal connection. By combining year-round dialogue with a strong presence at key events, Elite Rugby Scholars continues to act as a reliable bridge between international talent and leading American college rugby programs. We look forward to growing and nurturing this network in the years to come to help our clients earn rugby scholarships in the USA.
